The Central Valley and Spirit of Sacramento chapters presented the NCOA Vietnam War Medallion to 14 veterans at VFW Post 4647 on 29 March, National Vietnam War Veterans Day. CMSgt (Ret) Jim Sullivan and NCOA International Auxiliary President Lady Tammy Sullivan made the presentations.

SSgt Francis M. Bufkin, a World War II Veteran being presented with the NCOA WWII Medallion. SSgt Bufkin was a POW in Germany for 15 months after being shot down in his B-17 aircraft in 1944.
